This is faster than random hashtag scrolling when you need established accounts above a minimum audience size.
Search by username or niche
Use the Profiles filter on the home page to resolve a specific handle. For discovery, combine Google operators: site:instagram.com "fitness" "@" or site:instagram.com inurl:reels yoga.

Regional and vertical lists
