Caption: 12 minutes in the middle of your day will change the other 23 hours and 48 minutes. Go outside for 4. Move your body for 4. Sit in silence for 4. That’s it. Between noon and 2pm. Every day. I wrote my full 10-step daily wellness routine on the blog. Water before your phone. 30g of protein in your first hour (the oat milk latte will not do this). Do your hardest task before email. Dim everything two hours before bed. Add one habit per week. Give it a month. No 5am alarm. No personality transplant. Just 35 minutes spread across your day. The routines that work are the boring ones.
