Caption: Swipe to see what the inside of my mind looks like 😌🍪 GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHUNK SKILLET COOKIE 1 Milk Bar Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix 1 stick melted butter 1 egg Chocolate Decor Heat oven to 350F and grease an 8” skillet. In a large bowl mix butter, egg and cookie mix together. Add anything fun into the mix you like, while you’re at it. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the skillet and bake on the top shelf of the oven for 18-20 minutes until the cookie caramelizes on top and around the edges. At room temperature on a towel, while still warm, use a spatula to divide the skillet cookie into slices. Then melt chocolate and decorate the edges of your skillet cookie as you like. Serve while still warm.

Caption: May BOTM is…..🥁🥁 Dill Pickle Butter! 🥒 #BakeClub Thoughts? 🤨 RECIPE: Pickle Butter 1 stick unsalted butter ⅓ cup pickle juice ¼ cup 10x (powdered sugar) Pinch dill Pinch salt Mix all ingredients together. Use immediately or shape into a roll or log or pipe into a cute jar for a deliciously cute moment later. I love mine schmeared on a warm biscuit! ❔ What flavor butter do you want to see for future BOTMs?

Caption: My FAVORITE Summer flavors in a cereal treat! 🍓🌽🥣 Get the full recipe @ bakeclub.com 💙 or milkbarstore.com for the Milk Bar Cookie Bar version! 📝 RECIPE: because it’s just that quick to make 🤭 Makes 9 wonderfully sized squares 5 tablespoons butter One 10-oz bag marshmallows 7 cups cap’n crunch 1 cup freeze dried strawberries Spray an 8x8” pan. In a large, heatproof bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows together for 2 minutes or until the marshmallows puff and expand exponentially and the butter melts. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture with a heat safe spatula to deflate the marshmallows and coat them evenly in melted butter until you have one brilliantly buttery, marshmallowy goo. Add the cereal and strawberries to the bowl and coat all fully and quickly- as the marshmallow mixture cools, it gets harder to work with. Pour the bowl’s contents into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Use the butter paper wrapper to do this if it gets too stick (or spray your spatula with a little pan spray). Let the mixture cool and set for 10 minutes before cutting into delightfully seasonal squares. #BakeClub
